*Cantors are fully ordained Jewish clergy who may solely officiate a wedding ceremony, or co-officiate with a rabbi.

Weddings

One of the most joyful aspects of being a cantor is standing with a couple as their wedding officiant.* I feel honored to share in the beautiful moment in which marriage officially begins. Each couple is distinct and unique. Judaism offers many beautiful rituals for such an occasion. I will help guide you and explain the myriad options available to you.

In the months leading up to your wedding, we will have 5 to 7 meetings in which we talk about your story and about what you envision on your wedding day. The appointments will also enable me to get to know you, to help prepare you for your wedding and for your marriage. We will incorporate your friends and family in the ceremony in a manner that is comfortable and meaningful to you.

Together, we will craft a wedding ceremony customized for you, striving to fulfill your hopes and dreams for that special day.

I am proud to officiate for loving couples, regardless of sexual orientation; as well as to work with interfaith couples who plan to create a Jewish home together.
